We stay here regularly when visiting family. This time the room wasn't quite as up to par as usual. I accidentally requested a two-queen instead of a king...my mistake. But the shower drain stopper was broken so we couldn't adjust it and had to remove it. Also, the window shade chain clip was broken so it wouldn't hold the shade part way...it dropped down HARD whether you wanted it to or not. The Greener Stay benefit of extra points is nice! This hotel is still better than the Hampton down the road!

It was right by Walmart. The room was clean and comfortable! Had a problem with the 1 blind, other than that the room was awesome! The pool was nice and warm and the time to swim was awesome! The breakfast that was included was really good and a good selection! So many dining options around as well!

Naes 1st holiday away.

Our Granddaughter hosted her first Thanksgiving dinner with her future in laws and we weren't going to miss it. The staff there always had a friendly demeanor. We never felt that we were bothering them. This is the first time we ever stayed in a regular room. (Usually stay in a suite with bedroom, kitchen, and separate sitting room). I was nervous but the room was spacious and clean and if we needed something it was provided with a smile. Our little morkie felt right at home and that is also important to me. Thank you and HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU ALL!

Overall the stay was ok, but there were a few things we were disappointed with. A big reason we chose this hotel was because it had an indoor pool. The pool was ice cold so we couldn’t even use it. Our second issue was the unit in our room was blowing cold air, even though the heat was set to 70°. We called the front desk and someone was supposed to look at it. We woke up freezing both nights of our trip because of this. Lastly, the microwave had a lot of dust on it. We set some bags and food on the top when we moved items we could see the trail of dust from our items. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff. There were plenty of shops and restaurants close by so that was nice too.

The desk chair was obviously broken. The clock was obviously broken. Coffee pods with no cream or sugar. Poorly maintained. We drove home instead of staying in that dump.
