Great price, great place with awesome location. Room was clean, it was very quite stay. Close to shopping amd food option. Parking is available next door, paid $100 for 48 hours. Some homeless people noted through out the shopping area and hotel, but thats states problem not hotels. Over all it was a great stay.

The hotel and room itself was beautiful. My City view overlooked dirty streets and homeless.

Beautiful & comfortable room with a small dining table (which also makes a great work desk), a fridge, and ample light. The staff is amazing and the gym has a peloton bike, many other cardio machines and hand weights.

The property was excellent. I just didn't feel safe at night in the area.

We loved the hotel - it looks great, it is very clean, the staff is fantastic.
The room is cozy and pleasure to stay in; the bed is very comfortable; everything is very clean.
Enough storage; there is a safe and a fridge; the view from our 17 floor room was amazing

We are here for one night, great costumer service. Very close to Union Square. Very nice lobby area.

The room smelled bed and the hotel was in a rough area. It was advertised as being a 10 minute bus ride from Venice, but it was closer to an hour on the train. Location and cleanliness were not as stated online.
