*****SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE AND THANK US LATER***** My partner and one of my friends already left reviews, but I just want to double down on all the things they said. This hotel was atrocious. The best things about it were the service (kind of) and the location of the hotel. Most of the front desk managers were very nice, very accommodating. Whoever was working the morning we left (September 22nd) was very rude and dismissive of the complaints that were made by my friends partner, going as far as to just laugh. No, sorry, or anything. There were police either on location or nearby every night we stayed. The night we arrived, there was a woman half dressed being escorted off of the property. There was a strong smell of smoke throughout the entire building of cigarettes and/or marijuana. There are no smoking signs everywhere on property, but obviously, this isn't something that is enforced. There were unsupervised kids running around and crying at all hours of the day and night. The elevator felt like it could break down any second. This was absolutely the worst room I've ever stayed in. If it wasn't a nonrefundable booking through Expedia, we wouldn't have even stayed the night after driving a long 12 hours from PA to get there at 10 pm. There were TONS of roaches in the bathroom. Every time someone went in there, they saw at least one, and at most 6. There was hair in the bathroom and shower before any of us had even stepped into it. There was dirt and crust in a

Looks good on the outside, but beware the inside! Garbage under the beds, bugs in the rooms, our rooms weren't cleaned, the whole place smelled.

Excellent! The entire staff was wonderful and welcoming. Rooms were great and that was the best bed I've ever slept on. I wish i could take it with me. Lol. My fanuly really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Dear Stay Inn Express Corporate, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I encountered during my recent stay at your property. I checked out of the hotel and unfortunately, I realized shortly after that I had left $400 in cash under the pillow in my room. Upon returning to the hotel to retrieve it, I was met with a very disappointing and unprofessional response from the management. Initially, the manager assured me that housekeeping staff do not steal and return any items they find. However, shortly after, he stated that "nobody is going to turn in any money" if it was found, implying that there was little hope of recovering it. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. This experience was both frustrating and deeply concerning, especially given the amount of money involved. I have since filed a police report, as I believe this matter warrants further investigation. The police advised me to reach out to corporate, as I am hoping that your team can address this issue in a more professional and thorough manner. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and would be grateful for any assistance in recovering my lost money. Additionally, I urge you to review the conduct of the management at this location, as their behavior was far from the level of customer service I expected.
