I was unfortunately put into a smoking room, although my reservation was for a non-smoking room. After having my room corrected the following day, I was placed into a room that did not have a working toilet. I requested assistance from a staff member who plunged the toilet but did not rectify the issue. I was told a ticket would be put in because the toilet needed to be snaked. No one came to fix the toilet so before midnight, I was changed to another room that was a little more satisfactory but also had toilet issues. In less than 48 hours, I had changed room 3 times.

I loved the exterior look and colors, the interior lobby was also very nice with convenience items for purchase. The only thing we didnt care for was there were no blankets on the beds just 2 sheets, and the plugins weren't in convenient areas as well as the plugs kept falling out because the outlets were loose. Overall we would stay again for thevprice and convenience as well as friendly staff.

We had an issue with our room key and when we went to get it fixed they didn’t ask for any kind of proof it was our room. It was the same guy who checked us in so he might have recognized us.

The property did not look like what was on the Internet. The place was painted with dark colors with no decor and extremely dirty and unsanitary. The mattress was lumpy and only on a metal spring frame. This place is not for an overnight stay
