An ok hotel
The hotel was just ok. Better than some in the area but the full size beds instead of queen was definitely a problem. We will probably check out other hotels before staying again. The breakfast was just ok.

Very scary place. I saw the place online and thought it would be nice. I got there and it was very disgusting and dangerous. I quickly requested a refund. Go to the quality inn down the street pay the difference it’s worth the difference.

Peaceful Play
I had a great experience while staying here! I always do! They have a friendly staff and most importantly the rooms are always clean! Not to mention ive never been given any kind of a hard time when it comes to having my dog to stay with me!! That alone (for me anyways) is HUGE, because it takes away all of the stress and anxiety id normally be feeling if i were to stay most anywhere else!! My dog is a pitty with a personality out of this world! Hes big, but hes literally scared of his own shadow and wouldnt bite a bisquit! Im sure most anyone who has/had a pit can relate just to how much of a relief it is to be able to take this breed of dog out in public and not have to constantly be on guard when just simply walking close by others, let alone to stay in a hotel room right next to people who may feel some type of negative way just knowing a pitbull dog is nearby! Most all hotels ive stayed with my dog, ive had to stay on guard so to speak and unable to relax, not because my dog does anything wrong, but because of the other people around complaining to hotel staff and then they come to me with it all and just ultimately makes things rather uncomfortable for everyone around. But that is definitely not the case at the hospitality house !! They are more then welcoming of my dog and have been since day 1! Would recommend staying here to anyone for sure !

It's being refurbished, but old sinks, mattresses & furniture litter the parking lot. My room had been updated & was nice. Because of the trash in the lot, walkways and shrubbery, it looks run down.

Staple and go to hotel in Union City Tennessee
As always I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Union City. This is a cost friendly hotel if you're just looking for a room that is spacious and a pool tray is routinely clean and welcoming. Renovations kinda an ongoing project but kept mostly away from visitors. Breakfast every morning is good and getting better but by no means a slouch as it is.

Dirt, dust, baby pacifier, smashed soda bottle all under one bed.. I didn't look under 2nd bed. I only looked under mine because I dropped my ear bud case. The front desk lady was super nice. They are under renovations. Roku TV... My elderly parents can't operate smart TVs. Lots of noise and a dog off leash gave our dogs fits. Breakfast was dry cereal, toast, etc. Nothing hot. Coffee was ok but no cold creamers only powdered. There was a Hardee's and McDonald's across the road. Nice field area to walk the dogs. Paint job incomplete in room.

Key cards barely work. Pool gates have to be left open in order to get in which leaves it open for anybody to get in. Hair on towels. I don't think the tables, baseboards, sink ledges have been cleaned in months. Tiles falling off pool and left around the pool area. Room smelled like smoke and mildew. Light fixtures were hanging off walls and flickering. I've stayed here a couple years ago and while it isn't a five star hotel, it was kept up decently at the time. It has gone way downhill.
