Booked a room for 2 nights with a double bed at a cost of £353, ended up with a second floor room, 2 small single beds, dirty marks on the carpet, shower slide bar with the handset installed incorrectly meaning that you have to hold the handset all the time when showering. Underground parking helpful, staff were fine just got an overpriced tired room.

GREAT HOTEL
The hotel is a 10 minutes walk from the railway station. It's a modern building situated in a quiet area. We stayed on 2 occasions in the hotel and both rooms we had were spacious, clean and comfortable. It is very easy to walk to the centre of Ulm. There are plenty of restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice location, terrible conditions
There are 2 buildings in this "hotel": one very old with a terrible smell on the hallways and in the room, with old furniture, but with clean bedsheets and bathroom (also ancient condition). They should properly explain on the reservation site the status.

Our room was had been fairly recently redone and was much nicer then our friends’ rooms. There was no ac, so it did tend to get pretty stuffy. The front desk staff at check in was not friendly or helpful.

Location, location, location! Direkt an der Altstadt/Fußgängerzone gelegen, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, passendes Preis/Leistung-Verhältnis. Check-in/out war ein bisschen holprig aber das kommt mal vor. Und das kleine Einzelzimmer war genial, super gemütlich, und sehr ruhig.

The hotel was very convenient for trams to Ulm University and to the Airport. The room suited my needs very well. The breakfast was good. It might have been nice if the bar were open at all. But all in all a very nice hotel

Central to Saar Louis
The hotel is on one of the town squares in the middle of the city. Recommend reserving parking, which comprises a couple of spots in the parking lot behind the hotel. Access to the hotel is often only from the back entrance. The staff were exceptionally friendly! The hotel could probably use a renovation. The wall paper in the room was peeling, but otherwise the room hotel was nice. No elevator available.

Great location and value. Underground garage (elevator!). Breakfast buffet was fine but former restaurant/cafe/bar not yet operating again (vending machine). Shortcomings: cramped shower; cable TV service not functioning when we were there. General complaint wherever we've been: showers for non-handicapped rooms need hand-holds!
