The service at this place is 100 out of 10. The property itself is so beautiful but what takes it to the next level is the wonderful staff. Everyone at this place goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. The food at Deeva restaurant is outstanding. Shout out to the superstars who made my stay here so wonderful : First I would like to mention my driver Putra who has far exceeded my expectations. I have a problem with my knees and can not climb too many stairs. But my driver assisted me in every step of the way, and it was only because of him that I was able to explore so many wonderful places which I could not explore on my own. Putra, I want you to know that your kindness has not gone unappreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service. And every time I come to Ubud, I want you to be my driver. The other person I wanted to mention is Listia, who made me feel so welcomed when I first entered the property. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room is to my liking. Truly exceptional service that I have not seen anywhere else. Listia, I want you to know that your efforts have made a huge impact and I truly appreciate everything that you have done for me. Every single person here is an absolute gem and their service is truly praiseworthy. It’s because of the wonderful people here at Udaya that I extended my stay and I can not wait to come back to Bali and stay at Udaya again.

Absolutely amazing service! They go above and beyond and are beautiful and friendly too! The hotel grounds are beautiful and the poolside is unique and lovely. A visit to Ubud should include a stay at Udaya! Thank you!!!

Service needs attention..eg our bar fridge was never topped up daily, towels where not placed in the room, when asked for face washer they said it didnt exist but last day we got them. Ordering tea took 20 minutes.. Everything else was great

We went to Udaya for our honeymoon! We stayed at The Udaya for 4 nights and loved every minute of it. Their spa was amazing (we did the couples rejuvenation massage with a flower bath), and they also offered so many in-house services which made our stay so enjoyable. We did multiple floating breakfasts at our private pool villa, we did the flower pool arrangement, enjoyed multiple meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at their restaurant - their food is AMAZING and some of the best we’ve had in Bali, we did the private candlelit dinner at the sky hut yoga area, and took advantage of their free shuttle service to downtown Ubud. Their staff was so friendly and sweet, we really enjoyed all our conversations with their staff and how well they treated guests. They go above and beyond to make sure every guest is comfortable and enjoying their stay! Pro tip for anyone visiting, we brought a lot of extra cash for tipping their staff. It’s not expected but went a long way and they were so deserving! Overall a 10/10 experience and will highly recommend to anyone visiting Ubud. Thank you Udaya for such a memorable honeymoon experience!

This resort is honestly amazing, we stayed for three nights to celebrate our two year anniversary and were blown away by the resort. The lengths that each and every staff member goes to in order to ensure your stay is perfect is like I haven’t experienced anywhere else. The floating breakfast is a must and if you can book one of the dinners set up in multiple locations around the it is 100% worth it, the effort put into setting up the decorations is enough, however they go above and beyond creating a personalised menu with your initials as a keepsake. Even after all of that the food is some of the best you will ever have in Bali. Even if you can’t get a room at this resort a trip to it’s restaurant for dinner is worth it alone the prices are very reasonable, especially if you can book into one of their all you can eat BBQ with Balinese dancing as entertainment. Thank you to all the staff at the resort for making this such a special experience. We will be back :)
