O hotel é bem localizado, próximo ao aeroporto, shopping e parque de exposição. Possui um bom café da manhã e funcionarios educados. Porém o quarto tem ar condicionado velho, muito barulhento, além de cheirar a mofo.

Precisa ter maior atenção com o cliente.

Quando cheguei tive que desembarcar na rua, pois o portão estava fechado, mesmo vendo eu desembarcar com mala, dois funcionários estavam do lado de dentro, não ofertaram ajuda e nem abriram o portão. Primeira vez que chego em um hotel e o acesso de veículos está fechada. Internet não funcionava, tive que mudar de quarto, cartão de acesso não abriu a porta, tive que retornar na recepção para pegar outro. Horário do café da manhã encerrado muito cedo.

Boas instalações, porém mal higienizadas!

O hotel tem alguns pontos que deixam a desejar. No café da manhã encontramos mais moscas do que hóspedes, mas com uma grande variedade de produtos, mas para quem não liga para moscas, deve ser otimo. O banheiro não tem ventilação, então o quarto fica comprometido com o aroma do banheiro.
