Stayed for 3 nights. Was so nice to be close to everything. One bed was hard, the other was next to perfect. We had a light bulb out, and they fixed it. We had issues with the elevator, they fixed it-the same day! I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the staff was so eager to please! What could have been better was a bigger tub and a cleaner pool. The water had a weird smell; not sure if it was the chemicals in it or not. We will definitely stay here again should we get the chance!

Very pleasant staff, we arrived late at night and the staff member greeted me cordially and made our first impression great. Bed was wonderful, room was clean, and the area was convenient with shopping and dining - we got our breakfast late at The Egg, and got dinner at further down the street. Very close to UT Tyler. Would absolutely stay again.
