Room was very clean. Bed was cozy. Quiet room and no noise from surrounding area. Only wished we had a refrigerator and the A/C working in our double room. No breakfast offered. Other than that it was a nice place to stay and reasonable price

When I showed up there were 2 police vehicles parked out front of the front desk area...this didn't make me feel safe even though I have stay at this facility many times over the years. I was told the AC worked but the heat didn't. The reverse was true and I was forced to sleep with the window open to cool off the unit (222). The TV feed (dish I believe) was horrible with frame freezes and loads of micro blocks, making watching the TV useless.

Dont listen to the negative comments.
Heather was so very helpful. She was at the front desk. Our room 114 was very clean!!! We didnt have any noise to deal with like others have commented. The price of the room was very reasonably. Lots of shopping and food was all close by. We will stay again. I will call first to make sure Heather is working. The coffee in the morning was the best too. Thank Heather, you are awesome!!!!
