We got in late and girl at desk super nice. Room close and had everything we needed except for a blow dryer but I was so tired I decided to ask in the morning. Next morning went for continental breakfast (basic) The girl at front this time was not friendly or had any basic good manners. Basically was just doing her job and not caring about guests, such as changing coffee pots out and making people wait without being friendly or apologetic about making anyone wait. No smiles. Then I asked about hot water for oatmeal and she said it was over in the corner. I said it was empty (a large coffee pot with pump on top marked hot water) she gets up and comes out to food area and points at a totally different appliance without saying a word. Then I asked for a blow dryer. She said there was one in room. I said thete wasn't and she called someone and said there was one on the wall attached. I said no ...well they don't have any available if not. I went back to the room and asked a maid. She said there was no blow dryer. So, place was comfortable, clean, close to freeway, quiet. Perfect for 1 night stay on road trip. Except for rude morning desk clerk and no blow dryer lol

This hotel was fine for what I needed. The name is exactly as it suggests. If you’re looking for a mint on your pillow, shop elsewhere. If you want friendly service and the bare essentials for a room then look no further. It was well worth the $60/night I paid.

On checking in the lady at the front desk was not very friendly. We had some concerns with our charges as was booked thru Hotels.com. The lady on checkout was pleasant. We have stayed here many times and this last stay will be our last stay. TThis is a no frills accommodation, however, the striker plate on the front door was bent out of shape and looked like the door security was questionable. The microwave is small and vintage. The fridge is very old and very small. The fan in the bathroom is ungodly loud.

It was exactly what I expected in a Budget Hotel. No, it wasn't spotless, but it was clean. The staff was great. The only issue I had was other guests standing outside their room all night being loud, and I'm pretty sure we witnessed a drug transaction out in the parking lot. I was not expecting luxury, that's why I found the least expensive place. Yes, I will book here again for next year's Ren Faire

Room was short towels but it didn't matter because i couldn't get the shower to turn on. When i tokd the desk attendant in the morning the said i needed to pull harder, felt if i pulled harder it would break.
