Breakfast here is five star. Everything fresh and so many options. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and tidy. This is our go to stop when coming through Twin Falls.

Best beds in a hotel.

I've been to so many hotels lately and none have compared. The bed was so comfy. The sheets were so soft and incredible. The pillows were the best in the business. I want these beds for my house. breakfast was also very good and they have a 24 hr hot tub. You guys are amazing.

Hot tub had vomit from a child whose parent allowed them to be in it?! Personally I don’t feel this is safe for a child under 3-4?! When I was checking out the next morning I relayed to the front desk gal about the vomit in the hot tub, she replied “Well you know all the chemicals we use takes care of that…it gross I get it”?! We have a person that comes once a week to clean it and I said Thank Goodness! When is that, she said today…Go Figure. Also we were on the ground floor, it was very loud though the night and into the early morning…this woke me up very very early on a Sunday morning. Probably won’t stay there again.

It's a nice Best Western. The 24hr pool became a problem the second night when parents let their kids run up and down the halls & slamming doors at 3:00AM! when they were going back and forth from the pool. NOT the staffs fault....just poor parenting. Provided breakfast was the best I've seen at a $100/night hotel. Nice job.
