Nice hotel to stay while visiting Joshua Tree National park. It is cheaper as compared to nearby hotels, good thing is breakfast included which is normal stuff and good. Rooms are spacious, the building looks little worn. But ok for few days stays.

Ice maker was broken and the pool area looked like a disaster. The place was not fully booked and even though I asked for a first floor room they gave me a second floor room. The rooms are dated and clearly the place hasn't been renovated in 30 years.

Toilet overflowed multiple times and I doubt this was the first stay this had happened. The room should not have been available for use. Staff were friendly when approached about the situation.

Pick a different hotel! Property looks extremely rundown. The room was infested with bugs, we killed like 10 but they just kept appearing. Only ice machine is in pool area, with a closed down empty partially roped off hot tub, doors had handles removed and were sealed so u had to go down around the pool down hill and the. Back up stairs to get in. Ice had dirt in it. Stayed in a suit hard floor were so dirty it made my feet black going from shower to bed. Room decore looked like it was a mix matched blend of thrift store junk. Got a jucuzzi tub room that looked more like a bathtub with jets and also had bugs in it so we didn't use it. Internet was down they claimed temporarily but for my entire stay. Room was a large size. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Would have left it I hadnt booked through expedia Almost did anyways. Will NEVER stay here again!!!

We booked for 2 days but when I checked in, I found that the toilet was not working and even there was a large cockroach. I requested to change the room but they didn't get the request because the hotel was full. So we decided to get refunded and moved to another hotel.

The room and location suited my basic needs, but I was disappointed. The photos online do not match what you get. It’s definitely more rundown in person and kind of a place I wouldn’t want to hangout in general. It seemed fairly dirty, overall. The continental breakfast was very slim pickings and the food looked old and stale, I wouldn’t recommend relying on them for your breakfast. Positives: It was mostly quiet for my stay and there were restaurants and grocery stores within short driving distances. I went and bought groceries instead of eating their provided breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Excellent, clean room with all mod cons. Good breakfast. One star off cos a bit mouldy in the sealant round edge of bathtub and drain hole needs renewing.
