There was other people's hair on the bed, I had to sleep with bugs, and they asked me to sit on a chair like the one in the attached photo? At least the staff were friendly.

Comfortable stay just a few issues
The room was fine. The only issue that I had was that there was a cigarette burn hole in our sheet on the bed and a dark spot that was a burn but not all the way thru. There was also curly hair found in the towels, it was a black curly hair that was in the threads of the towels we used. Other than that, the place was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Not the best place to stay...strange smell throughout the building; shower only put out half a stream of water; very limited utensils for eating; NO microwave!! How can you boast having a mini kitchenette with no microwave?!? Unless we couldn't find a room somewhere else, we would NOT stay here again!

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. The outside area surrounding the hotel seemed a little iffy. You had to use your key to get into the hotel at all times: however, one of the side doors (with a lock) outdoor not close completely.

The stay was fine
Easy on and off of Highway. Animal friendly. They have breakfast but nothing that I really eat. The only thing I would have appreciated is good coffee and something healthy like fruit. The coffee is horrible but the rooms were comfortable and the employees all were very nice.

The person working the breakfast everyone morning was wonderful. She was very engaging and she remembered our grandson the second day and asked him how he enjoyed the ballgame the previous and talked with him about it. She was great and the food was great.

This hotel has very helpful and friendly staff. I didn't have any pets with me but it's pet friendly. Clean, smelled nice, free hot breakfast included. Great value hotel. We always had plenty of clean towels. Room was spacious. Location was conveniently located just outside of the university area but a quick jump on the expressway and I was there.

This hotel was great! Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good breakfast selection. The fact the lobby was decorated in Bama merch was just the cherry on top!
