This hotel had a newer look to it. It was unique and in line with the price. We found a couple of minor cleanliness issues, but nothing you don't find (sadly) at any hotel nowadays. Parking was behind the hotel, which was a little weird, but not far of a walk. It rained the day we stayed (RM. 410) and you could hear the drains from the shower above going down the inside of the walls as well as the downspouts from the roof. This was very weird (a design flaw). The furnace is in the room and was noisy while running, but didn't stop from a good sleep.

My room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only issue was the amount of dust in my room on things like the lamps and walls. It was dusty in there but not enough to make me change rooms.

Loved the concept, design, staff and room. I was disappointed in the cleanlinesa of our actual room. The floors were visbilt dirty with pieces of food and what I think may have been mulch from previous guests. Thwre was also a amwar of feces by the toilet wall and the phone did not work for me to call houaekeeping or the front desk. I hve photos.

Second time that I stayed at Indigo, they always put me in the first floor, I personally don’t like I don’t feel comfortable opening the windows curtains since everyone out side can see inside the room, I asked for a different floor they said they can’t, the shower didn’t have curtains it was inconvenient since we have to be careful to not get all the bathroom wet, the room floor look like never saw a mop, our socks was pit black since we were walking around with socks, Sorry to say that but for the price It should be a better experience.
