The check in process was disastrous. The property was supposed to send an email link to access the room which was never sent. After leaving several voice mails we finally got a hold of a real person since no one was at the property to help us. The bed was very comfortable but it ended there. There was some mold on the bathroom tile and it appeared the toilet had not been cleaned in quite a while as there was a terrible ring around the water line. We killed a few small bugs and insects. I spilled some contact lens cleaner on the floor and wiped it up and the tissue was very dirty. The stairwell down to the first floor had a horrible odor that they must have known about since a brick kept the door ajar. The room itself was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of coffee was available.

Bring back Shaheens!The towels and the bed were great, that's about it. When we arrived we were told via text that there was a problem with Tupper Lakes town water, and don't use the tap water for drinking or tooth brushing. Two 7 oz. bottles of water were supplied and that was it! No additional water was in the lobby. The coffee maker also didn't work. All for $300 a night

Hotel room was clean, except for the interior shower curtain which was desperately in need of bleach because of the large mold spots all over it. Bed is comfortable and AC works well. Complimentary water, good sized fridge and enough towels, etc. Only snafu was that we called and asked for an early check in (just 2 hours) and they agreed to accommodate us. But when we arrived, the room still hadn’t been cleaned yet and wouldn’t be ready for almost an hour. It seems the reservation organization isn’t directly in touch with the housekeeping. Very frustrating.
