The lodging was comfortable. My room has a tub which was very helpful at the end of a long trip. The breakfast in the morning was great. Complimentary all 24/7 coffee and tea was really great for me as a tea drinker. I think it works better for people on business than a family.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was new, clean and well taken care of. The only issue was that at our late arrival the lobby receptionist seemed to be sleeping in the lobby and it took us knocking multiple times and calling to have her come to the desk and let us in. But we entirely recommend this hotel & would stay again.

I got ill while waiting to check in. The staff was quick to assist me and made sure that I was okay. The ladies ALWAYS have a smile on their face regardless late night or early morning. I travel to the area frequently from out of state and this location NEVER disappoints! This is a gem of a property with an AMAZING STAFF!

We had a great couple night stay here in Tupelo! We were in town for a wedding in Shannon and was glad we stayed here at the Tru! Everything was clean and everyone was friendly!

Would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the constant noise at night from the hallways. Room an hotel we very clean a modern. Staff was very friendly.

We had to carry all of our luggage because there were no carts available and no one willing to assist us. We got into our room and realized there was no coffee pot or microwave. The rooms on each side were loud as well as the downstairs. The available coffee downstairs had trash all around it. There were no benches available outside for sitting. When we were ready to load our car the next morning it was raining and there was no awning so we were forced to load everything in the rain. We were soaked as was our luggage.

We stayed one night on our way home from a FL beach trip and this hotel was very nice. You can tell it’s new, everything is very modern and clean. The staff was very nice, check in was super easy. The bed and pillows were nice, bed has pillow top but still a little on the firm side. Water pressure was low in the sink and shower. Not a huge deal unless you have long/thick hair to wash. Breakfast was good - oatmeal with additives, fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes, boiled eggs, bacon egg & cheese bites, sausage, bagels, muffins, toast, danishes, coffee, juice. Would definitely stay here again.

This is honestly one of the nicest hotels, with the sweetest staff who take pride in their work. Breakfast is awesome! I’m incredibly thankful for this hotel on our halfway point to our destination.
