The room was pleasant enough but the decor is somewhat sparse. The amenities listed on the website for the ROOM indicated a coffee maker and microwave but these were not in the room, nor in another room I was able to glance in. Rooms did have a refrigerator. We were disappointed by the free breakfast - coffee, juice, bagels and muffins but no fruit or hot foods. I don;t recall if cereal/milk was available. (Hot foods are available for purchase separately near the front desk where the microwave is located.

We only stayed one night arrived at 11pm and left by 8am next morning. Check in was easy. Not great for families with kids. They do not have baby cribs or pack and plays like the description says. Breakfast is prepackaged muffins, bagels, or yogurt with coffee or juice. There is no milk at all in any way shape or form. Room 309 is very bright at night even with curtains shut. Staff is nice, probably would not stay again if my kids are with me.

Shower had scalding hot water. My family could not shower due to it. The staff tried to accommodate but it was very early and we had to check out. They said they would not the issue and offer a credit but did not so so.

The hotel had window dressing changes from Wingate. It had no microwave or coffee maker in room! The breakfast was decreased to bagels and muffins. The coffee and apple juice was watered down. The price had increased moderately since the change for less comfort. We will not go back after staying there for yrs during college football trips. We will stay at Baymont Inn which is better now
