The room was filthy. My boys took a shower after swimming and the bottoms of their feet were almost black after walking around the room between shower time and bedtime. Also, we were only given 2 sets of towels for 4 people. We were required to take our used towels to the front desk before they would give us more clean towels.

This hotel could use some updates. Our room smelled horrible, the bed was so uncomfortable (need new mattresses), ans the bugs flying around the room. 😡 What made me give it a 2 was the customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and renovated the room was. I felt very comfortable. The one thing that did concern me was that there were a lot of people who lived there that were just hanging out around the common areas. They were a little loud and their outdoor socialization.

It was so clean! If you don't want a room with the door on the outside, you have to request an interior room. It is in a totally different building right around the corner. The building is key entry so anyone can't walk in. The staff was very kind. The breakfast is small though. That's the only thing I would change. It was only, waffles bread, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, and apples.
