Needed a smoking room and a double bed room was the only smoking room available so I reserved and paid for it. When I went to check in, I was told they didn't have anymore smoking rooms available and I had to pay a $50 deposit for a non smoking double bed instead of upgrading me to a single king bed for their inconvenience. After entering the room, the heater was blowing cold and hot air so I told the front desk and instead of going to check on it or offering another room, I was told to set the heat to auto at 80° but that didn't resolve the issue so 👎👎 for ruining what was supposed to be a romantic stay!!!
