This place is perfect to stay and rest the night after you enjoyed the zone which is amazing and beautiful. The staff of the hotel is very kind and always are willing to help, highly recommended!

A distancia conveniente de los sitios turísticos.
El hotel esta ubicado con facilidad acceso, sobre la vía principal. Esta a dos calles de los lugares de comida y entretenimiento de Sachica y muy cerca de Villa de Leyva y Raquira, por lo que es un lugar conveniente para disfrutar de toda la zona. Ofrecen estación de agua y café permanentemente.

Es desafortunado que el servicio de esta hotel es tan pésimo porque pase unos días muy estresante. La atención de gerencia fue pésima. El hotel acepta perros pero no tienen las acomodaciones para perritos. No pueden ladrar, no puedes déjalos suelto para que exploren y socialicen con otros peros y te acosan si los dejas solos en la habitación por un rato corto. Además al final de mi estadía quería cobrarme adicional por la limpieza de la habitación con la escusas de que mis perritos fueron desastrosos. Lo que no fue de nada cierto. En fin, el sitio

En general el lugar es muy bonito. No tienen servicio de restaurante...no hay citofono en las habitaciones y toca bajar hasta recepción...WiFi terrible....el servicio no es especializado o calificado...había una persona no muy formal que nos asistió para estacionar el vehículo.

Bien pero no tanto.
Excelente servicio, el personal muy atento y amable, muy bien el desayuno, las camas muy confortables, el aseo impecable, las instalaciones muy agradables y nuevas, a 10 min de Villa de Leiva en carro. Tuvimos varios impaces, la cama King size resultó ser cama doble por lo tanto la capacidad de personas ofertadas no fue posibles acomodarlas debimos tomar otra habitación con pago adicional, el calentador de la piscina no funcionó, en viaje de niños difícil explicarles que no pueden usarla, debimos usarla congelada, en nuestro caso ese servicio si era un punto importante para nuestro viaje.
