The only real issue is that we had to get a bus/shuttle (free) to go to beach as it was 20 minutes away from the resorts. Other than that, everything were amazing.

Place is beautiful and relaxing. Remember it’s not beach front so the shuttle will take you to the beach club. Food is amazing. Staff was super nice.

We stayed at the beach club and the staff and food was fantastic. Julio, Albert and Abraham by pool/beach servers were attentive and super helpful. Albert went above and beyond for us during our stay. Miguel , Ivan, Eduardo, Santos, and Efrain at the on site restaurant at the beach club were great. Antonio at front desk concierge was always helpful and made all of our arrangements Johnny with entertainment was fantastic he played beach volleyball with us for 3 days straight, made bracelets on the beach and gave us his own sunscreen when we ran out!

Leaving the resort today overall was average. Aesthetic of the hotel is really nice that’s probably the best part. The ambiance was also good laid back and party vibes I would say you can get a little bit of each. Not so good things the food was subpar didn’t get to try the Mediterranean restaurant but the steakhouse and the Asian restaurant had okay food. Steak was dry, sushi was good. Room service options also limited no pizza or basic typical room service food. Shuttle to the beach is a small van if it’s a popular time you might have to wait close to 40 min. The beach area is really nice and service is great. Food was also better there.
