Food was amazing! Rooftop theme nights were the best. Restaurant wait times for food could be improved. Sand by the pools was cool but sometimes you just wanted to get away from it, had to go to rooftop pool to get away from it. Swim out rooms with 24-7 room service was great. All the staff were very friendly and eager to help you enjoy your vacation. Overall was a great experience and would return.

I have stayed at many of these beachfront resorts. When booking this I didn’t realize it was not on the beach and you have to take a 20 minute shuttle to get to their beach club. I like to walk the beach early in the money and evening. Not possible here. Also you can’t set back and feel the ocean breeze and lisiten to the waves from your room. Next time I will book at their sister resort that is on the ocean.

Food was very subpar. The 20 min from the airport was more like 35 and the beach is close to 30 min and if you are not in line 20 min early you will miss the bus!

I’ve been to countless all inclusive resorts and this has been the absolute worst. - get more menus, we shouldn’t have to sit at a table and wait on menus because you don’t have enough. especially when there’s only 6 people seated in the restaurant - the staff has no sense of urgency. we wait and wait to be greeted or acknowledged while staff are idle and in conversation with each other - we also waited over an hour for dinner at jasmine due to poor coordination. a party of 4 was seated at the one table that would accommodate our party of 6 when their were multiple 4 seat tables available - i give the food a 2 out of 10. the menu options were not diverse, it took nothing less than 40 minutes to receive food at each restaurant, some an hour. again, the restaurants are never full so i’m not sure what makes the service so slow everywhere you go on this resort

If you are a pool person and want quiet and relaxing with incredibly attentive and friendly staff. This is your place! Easily the best resort we have ever been to. The pop up bbq’s they had were amazing! They look like they are putting on a wedding, but it is something you definitely don’t want to miss! Jorge at Edgewater never stops going! Rueben, Alfonso and Hector at Market Place provided great service! Gustavo at Bluewater and Alberto and Antonio at Rendezvous always provided the best friendliest service!

Food was pretty good, services the restaurants and pool side were not. Most places the service was slow for food and drink. The restaurants were really busy either. The orders were good unless you asked for something like hot sauce. The change was almost never made and you’d have to ask again once the food arrived. Steak orders were mixed up numerous times too. The hotel must’ve been refreshed from a previous brand because it’s definitely older than a year or two. They did a lot of things right, they’re just not quite running it smoothly.

The beauty of this resort is as shown when booking. But being there amongst the greenery and aesthetically pleasing spaces is even better… Most of the staff was very approachable & helpful especially our concierge (Alonso). The dining facilities we found to be inadequate for such a huge resort and a 24 hours buffet would have made our stay more relaxed than having to rush for meals before closing. This will certainly prevent the long wait times and the hassle for servers as was experienced. Tulum is paradise!
