The rooms were clean and modern and very comfortable. Cleaning service was very good. The main pool was good size and clean, there is fun rooftop area with good views and soaking tubs. Our breakfast was included, you ordered off a menu and it was tasty and filling. If you have rented a car and want to see a lot of sites, Centotes, mayan ruins, etc great location. You can still walk to good restaurants in Tulum and ten minute bike ride to beach. There is really no public beach in Tulum and had much seaweed. Jaguar beach is US$20 per person entry fee. The Jaguar park beach is very nice and we did stop at Paraiso beach club which had nice facilities along with the very nice Jaguar park beach.

Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel was located approximately half hour taxi ride from the airport. Staff were very helpful with check in process, and any needs we needed during our stay. Rooms were clean. We enjoyed the free breakfast daily as well as the restaurant thank you. I would stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay in Prana! From check-in through out the duration of my stay, they exceeded my expectation. The atmosphere is very chill and tranquil. The breakfast options were limited but no complaints, I enjoyed my fruit platter every morning after eating our hearts out with tacos every night. The location was perfect, two minutes away from Chedraui grocery store where we got our essentials. Everything was walkable in the area. They cleaned and tidied out our room everyday and the staff were very friendly especially Rosie and Miguel at the reception. They were very attentive of our needs and made our trip to Tulum exceptional. I would stay here again when I come back. I highly recommend Prana to anyone wanting to visit Tulum!

Room was ok they always clean everyday and location was great near to the supermarket. No door in the bathroom no privacy, clogged shower drain, never filled up the body soap bottle, 1 hour wait time for a free cheap breakfast not worth it. Pool was dirty. not coming back to this hotel anymore.

We were skeptical to stay at The Prana hotel but had a wonderful time. It is a unique hotel and is very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was overall very enjoyable. The staff were excellent and very attentive to any queries and concerns. The room was very comfortable as well. My only two critiques is that the pool could be maintained more consistently and that there are more affordable meal options for dinner at the hotel restaurant.

The property is truly beautiful and very well maintained—our room was spotless and the overall environment felt peaceful and welcoming. That said, there were a few things that didn’t quite match what was advertised. For example, the website mentions partnerships with nearby beach clubs and on-site bike rentals, but when we asked the front desk, they seemed surprised by those claims and let us know those partnerships don’t exist. The hotel is also a bit farther from the beach than we expected, and it’s not the easiest walk or ride. The dining experience was hit or miss. While the menu had a decent variety, the food didn’t quite meet expectations and service could be slow at times. Still, the setting itself is lovely, and with a few updates and clearer communication, this could easily be a standout stay.

I loved this hotel. I stayed in Villa 10 with a private patio and a plunge pool. The room was spacious, everything worked and having the private patio with the pool was so nice. One thing: if you’re going to get a room with a plunge pool, keep in mind that there are a lot of trees around and while the staff does its best to keep things clean, there will be leaves in the pool (including the big pool) especially when it gets windy. With all the greenery, keeping stuff out of the pool is an exercise in futility so it shouldn’t be something to complain about. The staff is so nice and whenever I needed something, it was done. The one thing I would change about the suite I was in: it would be nice to have a small table in the living area. There’s a stove and a fridge but nowhere to put food on. Same for the patio, a side table for the lounger would be nice. The breakfasts were great. I don’t understand the complaints about small portion sizes. Everything I had was more than enough. The rooftop bar is great at sunset and service is excellent. Same for the restaurant and the bar by the main pool. The reception and cleaning staff are great. I needed a relaxing vacation and this place delivered just that mostly thanks to the great staff. For the surrounding area, it was so nice to have a huge supermarket across the street and so many great restaurants walking distance. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe walking around.

The location was ideal for biking to downtown or the beach. It is a small property with a great staff. A superstore is within a block of the hotel and we were able to stock the mini frig with cold drinks. Many food options within a few blocks. I would recommend this hotel and it was perfect for our needs.
