We enjoyed sitting on the decking overlooking the beach and the view from the room is also nice. The room was very spacious and we did like the fact the room had a safe and a fridge. Whilst it was a perfectly adequate stay, there was nothing of note that made it feel as special as we had expected. They provided water in a jar, we would have preferred bottled water like most places offer given how unreliable the water can be. The bed sheets and pillow covers had stains on which wasn't very enticing or pleasant. Given this wasn't a cheap stay we had expected more, but somethings felt a little tired. The breakfast option at the restaurant over the road left a lot to be desired, the place gave us the ick as they couldn't seem to cook cnicken/beef on skewers properly and the price of lunch there like everywhere in Tulum was expensive.

Wonderful time on the beach. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. My bungalow didn’t have air-conditioner but otherwise amazing place to stay. Some other rooms may have it but my was right on the beach.

The property is very cute, with a relaxed jungle ambiance. The rooms are unique and you feel like you’re one with nature. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to us. The beach is beautiful! Most hotels in Tulum are now loud beach clubs, this is one of the few that is still original in the area and we really liked the peace.

Great staff! Facility is a little run down, but beautiful and right on the beach, great location. Feels like you’re in the middle of the jungle while being right on the beautiful beach and having direct access to it, as well as right on the Main Street on the other side with lots of restaurants, shopping and night life! Perfect Private Botique Hotel
Wow. If I could give it more stars I would. The entire staff was excellent in every way and each unit was stunning and unique. We had #14 right on the beach and I still can’t believe what we had for the price. Highly recommend.

We’ve stayed here twice and I’m sure it won’t be the last. The property has a rustic charm that’s unique. The beach is gorgeous and in a quiet location but also an easy stroll to other attractions. The grounds are well cared for and the staff are attentive. We enjoyed the renovated pool. We stayed in an AC room this time and it makes for a better night sleep. Food can be ordered from Tamarindo’s across the street. Basic breakfast is provided but don’t skip the paid items as they’re absolutely worth it.
