We've never stayed at a boutique hotel before. The decor was unique, not a cookie cutter chain vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience.

Exceeded Expectations
It’s an old hotel on Route 66. It’s clean and cozy. Much of the original architecture is still intact, so it has the warm woodiness of original hardwood floors, real wood doors and trim, and even the bathtub was original in (our room at least). The staff could not have been more professional or accommodating. Plus the location is perfect for access to either downtown or the Gathering Place.

The Campbell is located very conveniently and it has a unique style. Each room is decorated differently and the hotel retains its old vibe. I’ve stayed there several times and my only constructive feedback is that the furniture and beds are old and very tired. The hotel really needs new beds.

The room was lovely and comfortable. The bed was perfect. The hotel from the outside does not look like much, but inside it is very nice, welcoming and comfortable with nice spaces to go sit, or work or meet folks. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was very convenient. We spent one night on our way through on a cross country drive so didn't spend much time, but would happily return to this hotel for any future visits.

Love historic hotels and the character they have. This hotel does not disappoint. The bar with its ambiance and all wood is delightful. The rooms are all different.

We like historic hotels and we know what to expect when we book one. The bathroom is small floors can be a little creaky. Nevertheless, we enjoyed how our room was theme furnished and all the artwork involved. We had trouble with the television, but the woman at the desk was able to fix it quickly. The staff was fantastic.
