Pool was not working-- the water was green. Hot tub looked ok- but was afraid to try it given condition of pool. Also, front lobby coffee station used to have a nice plumbed in Keurig - but no longer. Seems do seem to be degrading at this hotel. My room was fine. Workout room ceiling had large water stain.

Overall the hotel comes across as being fairly new and updated. The decor makes you feel like you are in a western movie. The minute we walked into the room we immediately were congested and coughing. There is a huge problem with mold in this hotel. If I had to guess, the windows on this property have not been sealed properly and it causing a moisture problem.

This is our go-to hotel when traveling Southwest . The staff, the facilities, the rooms are all amazing…it’s a beautiful hotel and the decor is fantastic! They also have a great breakfast!

This place is terrible and I will don’t recommend this place. I was there for 3 days and it was the noisiest hotel I have ever been it. It also had law enforcement on and in the property all weekend long. I stayed there from May 30- June 2 and I it was horrible. On May 30 about 25 kids ran through the front door and was running all around the hotel which lead to people getting arrested and 20 cops cars sent to property. June 1 after eating breakfast I pull up to the Hotel and again another incident where police are in the lobby in front. I made several complaints and I have requested to get a refund from this stay but I haven’t heard anything back yet.

It was my first time staying at this hotel, and I really enjoyed it. The property was very clean. The decorations were very nice. My children loved the pool and the staff was very friendly. If I ever come back to this area, this will be where I stay.

The property is very unique. I love the western and twister vibe. Rooms were clean and staff is amazing. The beds were better than most places but I have trouble with my neck and back so for me, I had a little trouble sleeping.
