On my birthday, they allowed me to pay and check in through my mom because i forgot my ID then, afterwards they told me that i didn't have an ID so my mom had to stay, and i was getting this room for my boyfriend and I to have a night out together. They knew that at check in!!! Then they REFUSED ME A REFUND, and experian ADVISED ME to NOT STAY THERE and to DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK because they told him one thing then me another WHILE HE WAS LISTENING ON THE PHONE. THEYRE FRAUDULENT AND RACIST AND RUDE. PLUS, the pool is full of SUPPLIES and theres NO BREAKFAST! The rooms are hot and humid and smell weird but they are clean. We got all the way to the room before they even made an issue of anything! They'll treat you like a sucker and without hesitation do all they can to get every dime they can for nothing! They should be locked up for FRAUD!

It was inexpensive, so my expectations were limited. However my toilet leaks and when on and off through the night. No hot water and the faucet screen ws so clogged the water barely came out. I think the place is a work in progress and the pool was under constructions and supplies sitting outside.

Everything was clean enough but overall feels old and and cheap, inexpensive fixtures and finishes. Okay for a place to crash for a single person but not nice enough to have my family stay there. Breakfast was the same quality as the hotel, just mid.

Long wait to check in. The room was clean and large. The pool was closed for renovation. The bathroom had been renovated except for the tub. For the price, I'd probably stay there again. Some noise at night but that can happen at any property.

My keys kept deactivating, the bathroom tubs are super clogged and full of hairs, dirty carpet, smells like ash tray. And very unfriendly housekeepers. This property was okay, I wouldn't stay here again

This was one of the sketchiest hotels I've ever stayed in. The hallways were dark. They had multiple smoke alarms that needed new batteries. The front door was constantly locked even during the day. The bed in the room WAS ON THE FLOOR!! I couldn't in good conscious recommend this hotel to anyone I cared for.

One of the whole reasons we came to this hotel was because it had hot tub and pool and was bringing my 8 year son down to see his first concert and go swimming but when we walk in, we see the pool and hot tub are empty and being remodeled without any warning. Talk about heart breaking for my son. The hotel is super old and definitely needs the remodel its getting. But beds were comfy. And it was for quick 1 night stay and price was decent.
