There were some things that needed updates, the pool was being renovated and the bathroom door needs to be fixed because it would get stuck on the floor. The tub needed to be cleaned and there was long hairs in the bed sheets. But the main door locked, there were blackout curtains, the heat worked and it was safe. The water pressure in the shower was so nice and the water was hot. Got a hot shower and slept well. The beds were soft and comfortable, nice mattresses. Breakfast was simple and there was not enough food... needs improvement. The staff were extremely sweet and welcoming. I paid a discounted rate to stay just one night and it was a good value. We would stay again for the discounted rate of $56 but would not pay more than that. Thank you.

There was a mixup between Expedia and sky tree, they literally went in packed up room , broke stuff , missing blood pressure medicine The management refused to call me back Very very unprofessional

This hotel is on the outskirts of town, but well worth the 10 minute drive to all the major places. It was very clean, they have a tiny little store that has almost anything you could need essentials and food. Small pool and hot tub, but the kids enjoyed and the hot tub is always relaxing. Good hot breakfast in the morning. Will definitely stay again when we come back to the area! All around, we felt safe and it was a peaceful sleep on a good mattress for a good price!

The worst hotel ever!
The area is unsafe. There are homeless people sharpening sticks at the abandoned hotel next door. Dogs deficate in the grass next door. Security hassles it's patrons about bills they already paid. The toilets don't work. The pool is always closed as is the hot tub. Nothing much works here. The staff complains about not cleaning your room and try to enter even when the room sign of do not disturb is up. Even when you clean it for them and bring your own blankets and trash bags like I did.

The worst stay I've had.
The security think they are police officers instead of hassling the homeless people sharpening sticks at the dilapidated hotel next door. They hassle an afro Latino for looking different even though they admit I paid in full. This hotel isn't safe for visitors even from their staff. The pool doesn't work and security followed me everywhere for looking different and constantly checked if I paid my bill. What is this. The civil rights days during segregation in 2024?
