Nice surprise

Very nice surprise since we had never heard of this hotel, and it was sort of last minute. Very nice and clean. Everyone was very nice, and the price was competitive. Honestly the breakfast was just ok, but I'm not complaining. Enjoy your stay.

Doors were broken, hard to open, had to slam door and push hard to operate. Electronic keys did not work, did not fix in a timely manor. When scheduled repair on second day, work was not completed. it took 40 of the 48 hour stay to get keys that worked.

Place has cockroaches and staff especially maintenance is completely unprofessional and incompetent.they had 20 customers unable to get into there rooms due to staff not programming keys properly,and maintenance was some how blaming the customers for haven our "phones" to close to our key cards 🤔 complete insanity maintenence staff was a completely incompetent

They are Renovating the rooms and I was very happy with the clean room I got , but it was on the 2nd floor and being partially disabled as far as walking goes for me it was tough. The new Management listened and addressed a few concerns and they were handled quickly and efficiently. I plan on staying here again in November.

This was my second stay. The property is still being renovated. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are large. The breakfast was basic hotel food. The scrambled eggs are actually real (not the foam eggs) and made in small batches. This can be a challenge when the hotel is full, but is appreciated. I’ve already booked my next stay in November.

Tv, and vent fan did not work. Elevator buttons and display did not illuminate, and questionable black spots on bathroom ceiling. Very frugal on soap and shampoo. No USB charging ports. Breakfast had minimal offerings and had to wait for food to be replenished. Overall seemed clean but felt like they were just trying to offer the least they had to.
