Great location. Liked having a parking garage attached. Very friendly staff!! Dislikes- stayed in 16th floor and hallway smelled like smoke. Room was not cleaned between nights

Was a great place to stay but feel was little over priced for what you get. But was clean and definitely comfortable and if ur bored you can just go down stairs to the casino.

Extremely clean and new casino with new slot machines and non-smoking gaming area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fire Grill restaurant served a delicious breakfast with lots of options to please everyone. Room was new and extra large with a wall of windows overlooking the river. Enjoyed our stay.

I liked the view from the room looking upriver, I liked the bathroom (nice shower). The heater/AC kept cycling on for two minute cycles through the night, and it was not obvious how to get it to stop. Actually finding the entrance to the hotel parking area was very tricky. We went into the south casino entrance first, and when a patron advised us to go to the north end, it still was not obvious where to enter the parking deck. The casino reeked of cigarette smoke that permeated though the building. The gym was very nice; clean, well-apportioned and had everything I needed for a great workout. The reception staff were excellent.

I chose this hotel for my wife and mines 2nd anniversary. Given that we were staying the 2nd weekend of October I assumed the outdoor pool would be closed. It was a pleasant surprise when they said it was still open upon check in. So my wife and i went and bought swim attire for our last day there. Honestly the only things to complain about was the speed of the elevators, they made my wife nauseous every time we were on them. The other thing to complain about was there was no microwave in the room. Other than those deals this was a great hotel and it will be on my list of hotels to visit again.
