This place is great. Always clean and the staff is great. Beds are comfy. Love the soda and snack machines. Laundry on site. I stay here 3 to 4 times a month. They know me and my son by first name.

Clean, quiet and not crowded. Checkin was quick and easy, rooms are spacious, breakfast was available and there are washer/dryers available as well.

There was a porn store next door, homeless wandering in front, and a police officer told us the area was his most busy. We had to view 3 rooms in order to find one that didn’t have people’s hair in the bed and on the bathroom floor. We settled for the room that had a mysterious substance on the desk, but no hairs. This place is not worth any amount of money.

One of our better stays in Tulsa. Very nice accommodation. They lock the outside doors a bit early. Would be nice if we could access after hours using our room key instead of waiting on front desk to answer phone at outer door. A few times wait was 5-10 minutes. When you have to take a dog out at night it makes it inconvenient.

Be careful when booking on Expedia. Moments after booking I realized the dates were wrong (Expedia system had a default for a future date) and I couldn’t cancel. Terrible waste of money. We did call the hotel and book the same day reservation that we needed so the stars are for that.
