The room was fine. Comfortable bed. Good price but sleep would’ve been nice. Didn’t enjoy the 2 nights of screaming guests at 1-3am. I do realize hotel has no control over this but still annoying.

Staff in the front desk need more information about when we can check in when we make reservations using a third party if I’m late for ma check in but I have reservations already I have the right to get my room even I’m late because I already paid for my room who cares if I’m late.i hope the manager informed them.

Comfortable overall. Some noise.

Room and bed was good and comfortable. A little bit noisy from traffic. Toilet was constantly cycling on off to fill water. Valve maybe stuck. We closed the bathroom door to lessen the sound so we could sleep.

Night clerk was East Asian lady who was rude and unfriendly. Condescension in her voice when speaking with me. Over 30 yrs in customer relations so I was not impressed. As booked wrong night paid first night direct and had to recheck in next morning for expedia reservation. Older lady took foever to complete booking even though prepaid. Just an overnight stay on our way to Texas to visit family for the holiday. Room was very nice and there was a nice Mexican restaurant within walking distance.
