Toilet issues

The toilet would not flush and there was no fitted sheet on the bed, just a flat sheet laying on the mattress. One of the light fixtures was also hanging slightly off the wall. The hotel itself was beautiful and the bed was comfortable.

All soap in room is nut based so could not wash.

Everything was good except that my son could not wash his hands or take a shower because the only soap or shampoo or lotion in the room has argon oil in it. He has a severe nut allergy and argon is in the nut family. So I called the front desk to ask if there was any other soap in the hotel and they said no.

Clean room but Protect your Valuables

Hello, I would say overall my stay was acceptable. I have stayed at this hotel once before. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is friendly. I did make the mistake of not putting my laptop in my back in my bag and leaving it in the room. The hotel maid did break my laptop and did not admit to it to management. If left with a broken laptop was not even offered anything in return. Its a clean room and you will save compared to other hotels but do not leave valuables out for Brittany G because they will not be the same when you return to your room. The management will do an "investigation" and then deem themselves not to be at fault. Save yourselves the trouble.
