Staff was helpful and nice, however… We reserved a King sofa bed room. Well, the room was so small and cramped that we had to move the king bed base so we could open the sofa bed. Person at the merging beds had to hop over to the front of the bed. A/C was very noisy and loud, enough to wake you. But also, there was a random low frequency buzz (like an electrical contractor) randomly buzzing anywhere between 45 & 90 seconds, at midnight, my wife could not take it anymore and asked for a room change, which we got, and in the new room you could also hear it from the bathroom, at least not from the bed. I wouldn’t go back there…

2 night stay to gather with friends. Great location. Nice very clean room. Wonderful bed and pillows. The exterior door to the lobby is inconvenient especially when you’re wrangling a luggage card with two hands.

This hotel was a really good deal for the price. Staff was nice, rooms were pretty nice as well. Biggest complaint would be that the A/C was pretty loud.

Very basic and bad airco
The property is very basic for a Hyatt Place. The valet is only hotel provided parking for $28. I found that pricey for downtown Tulsa. The worst part was the air conditioning. It was extremely loud. Sounded like an airplane taking off in my room. I eventually had to fully turn it off.

The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was very nice and clean. The only thing they didnt do was clean and make our bed on Saturday. But other then that it was a very nice room andhotel. I would stay there again

Booked a city room with a king bed received a small double room on a low floor. Management was rude and would not switch rooms. No option for room service. You can’t call In restaurant orders, you have to order in person and wait. Super disappointed with this Hyatt.

The walls are so thin! I could hear absolutely everything in my neighbors room. I could even hear my neighbor burping. I felt uncomfortable with how there was ZERO sound proofing.

Cute and simple. Easy walk to the performing arts center, bars, restaurants, etc. Parking was a bit of a hassle but it really wasn't that bad. Never parked more than a block away. Area was quiet (partly the nature of being in Tulsa of all places).
