This was terrible, I booked a King and they they said they only double queen and I to explain that to my disabled which was so embarrassing. The incompetence of this hotel is so embarrassing and there's no to contact the district manager. The front desk manager, Melissa Forman is so dumb. Who is the district manager for IHG Tulsa?

Bang for your buck kinda hotel

10/10 experience at this hotel, especially for the price. I travel quite often and I do not think that I have stayed at a holiday inn express for this price where it felt clean, comfortable & safe as a solo female traveler.
