Comfortable but older property and maintenance a bit grubby (sink missing stopper, shampoo holder broken, breakfast floor sticky all over). 1 minute to the terminal, shuttle on demand; location is inside airport grounds, which was great.

A must stay if flying out of Tulsa
Flying of Tulsa. They are close to the airport. They shuttle you to the airport. Parking is half of what it cost at the airport. They were very courteous and the shuttle drive at 545am was pleasant. I recommend this hotel

Was not offered a parking pass at registration time. When we left hotel for an event and returned a security guy in a van steered his van towards us to block us from coming in. Dangerous and uncalled for. Told us we had to have a pass. So we got one at desk and told desk clerk about incident and she said he was just doing his job. Very poor way of doing job. Desk clerk when we registered should have issued pass. That person wasn't just doing his job. Will not stay at this particular hotel ever again. Terrible pillows and hard mattress. Very clean Desk clerks terrible at cystomer service and good manners.

Upon checking in I was sent to room 205 with a key that didnt work. After returning to the desk she re-keyed it again only to fail again. She then told me this room always has this problem. She then placed me in room 208 that smelled of dirt, cleaner and wet carpet. Then the TV didnt work. Not what you come to expect from Hilton properties. Im sure Paris wouldnt approve!!

Check in was fine. Night person was nonresponsive. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain, faucet broken. Restaurant service was horrible. I waited 1.25 hours to get my meal for reasons they could not explain. Take out people ordered and got their food, people who came in after me got theirs. I finally got a mediocre sandwich. Waitress discounted my meal, but it should have been comped.

I paid for my stay through the Expedia app. When we arrived at the hotel, I was told to swipe my card as usual for incidentals. But what they actually did was charge me again for the room. I immediately questioned this and was told that the computer had crashed and it would only put a hold on my card, not actually charge the amount. We were going on vacation so I didn’t check my statement until I got back and found that they did charge my card. I still have not received a refund either. This is unacceptable.

The clerk on duty charged my card an extra $118 (the room rate for the night, even though i had prepaid for the room) instead the incidental charge of $50. When we pointed this out, he admitted his mistake but said his "login" didnt have permissions to reverse the charge and we would have to talk to a manager in the morning. When we spoke to the .manager the next morning, we were i formed it would take 7 business days to get the money back in our account. Because of the employee's mistake, i now have $118 that i cant access and is frozen in my account.
