The Hard Rock hotel and casino Tulsa OK was a very nice facility. The room was very clean and very stylish. The casino was fun, not terribly crowded, but fun. (It would be nice to make the smoking not permitted, but the entire casino didn't smell like smoke)

Was only there for a few hours. Was caught up in flight cancellations and ended up in Tulsa during a winter storm. Had to purchase 2 nights because didnt know if anyone could get to us. Hisband was able to get there, so we had to check out after bring there just 12 hours of a 2 day stay. They wiuldnt work with us on the check out. So a terrible travel experience ended with a 300 charge for 12 hour stay. Was hoping for some compassion. Shuttle driver was only one who seemed sympathetic to our situation. He was great.
