Not so good. When we checked in there were about 6 people in line and only one attendant. Didn’t know I would be charged $15.00 for parking. No blankets on the bed,after two requests had to finally go down and get them. Shower gel was empty when I got in the shower. I don’t think I should have to pay $2.00 for a bottle of water in the room. A complimentary breakfast would have been nice, something light instead of $15.00 per person. Also coming in from the parking garage there were no carts to help with luggage and it was a long walk.

Parking is $15 a night which is ridiculous, there was a team staying there and the kids were banging on our door at 10 pm at night, I tried calling the front desk 4 times and no one would answer. The lamps and plugs next to the bed didn’t work. Parking is super far from the rooms.

Get your Itemized Receipt!
Make sure you ask for a printed itemized receipt, because if you need it later, they will NOT provide it. I have been dealing with them for two weeks trying to get an itemized receipt, they keep saying I have to get it from Expedia; however, Expedia doesn't have the cost of the parking or any purchases I made from the hotel store. Kayla, the manager will not even return my call.

The property is under-staffed. Often there is no one at the front desk to check-in guests. Our room was dirty, especially the carpet and bathroom floor and walls.
