Staff was helpful and the Hotel was clean. Paid parking was a disappointment to have the added cost. But it was nice to have the security.

It took 45 minutes to check in, short of staff. 30 mintues in resturant till someone approach you.I left with three other couple who were waiting like me. At 11:00 pm, it took almost one hour back and forth finally I went to lobby to to solve my WIFI connection problem. Overall short of staff and they did not care about guests time. it was a big event at BOK that night. they should be prepared for many guests check in and service to them!

Highly recommend the DoubleTree Tulsa Downtown. They offer shuttle service to and from the airport, Excellent lobby bar and restaurant, The room was clean and spacious, and the staff displayed great customer service.

There was a lot of noisy people on our floor. Talking loud, running, banging on walls and doors. But Sunday they must have checked out. I attempted to notify the front desk but was disconnected. Of all the hotels we stayed at, this was our least favorite. But still very clean and rooms are beautiful.

Only one person at check in time. I got there at 4 and stood in line for 30 min to check in and get my room key. The restaurant was short on staff. Told us there was a 30 min wait to order. Sat us anyway and took our order quite quickly. Food was good! Never could find a luggage carrier on arrival or leaving. Most comfortable bed and pillows. Nice cool room. Pretty view on 16th floor!

I called the day before arrival and was told to call the shuttle upon landing at the airport. I did so (on a Saturday afternoon) and was told they’ll come. After a long wait I called again and was told their driver left for the day and I would have to figure out my own ride. A $25 Uber ride later I made it to the hotel. Next morning I called the front dest because my TV didn’t work and my tub wouldn’t drain but no one answered. So I walked down to find help and found the attendant chatting in another room. She called maintenance and they fixed the problems but the whole experience was unprofessional. I left on Monday and the staff that morning was friendly and helpful.

The check in process required we stand in line for more than a half hour. We were in Tulsa for a special concert which more than likely was the reason for many guests arriving on the date of the concert and they only had one or two persons on duty at the desk. Other than the check in process, the visit was enjoyable.

Our stay was perfect but I’m not sure I can return. Found out the double tree gave allowed ICE to stay there during raids and the protests on June 14th, and I cannot support businesses that allow domestic terrorism to take place. The ICE raids are unprecedented, and they are targeting CHILDREN in SCHOOLS as well as other vulnerable people. They aren’t here for criminals, and doubletree is helping them do their dirty work. Disgraceful.

Staff was professional. The hotel smells moldy and damp throughout, including the room air vent. Room refrigerators don’t keep items cold. The secured keycard system was inoperable for the second-floor door from parking garage, and the door window was shattered.
