Have stayed here a few times over the past few years. This year the property seemed to be in an especially run down state. Bad cockroach infestation. The diner attached used to be really good now it is awful. The hotel breakfast was served in the old diner and that was even worse. Kept requesting our room to be cleaned and although we were assured it would be done, it was not. On Sunday morning we found they had migrants sleeping in the lobby the previous night as they were sold out Saturday night. We will not be back. There many better affordable options in the area.

I loved the lady with red hair that would work til 11pm. She has been kind to me. So has the black lady. Don’t know names. But the place reeks of cigarettes, sometimes it smells like someone smoking pot. My hotel room had holes on bed spread and curtains. The floor seemed cold and damp. The lamp shades were nasty. The drawers were sticky inside so I couldn’t put my clothes in them. Woke up every day with a nasty taste in my mouth (probably from the smoke that seeps into my room through the cracks. T. V. Didn’t work. One pillow had red stain and another one has yellowish stains. I feel like the manager had family around all the time. The ice machine broken. Elevator broken. The front desk and offices looked sloppy and unprofessional. So disappointing.

I did not like the fact that the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there were no washcloths in the bathroom and we were not able to get maid service despite asking for it three different times, the bathtub and the shower had the coating peeling off, the toilet was rocking, the brass fixtures had blue oxidation on them, the door handles, locks and the sprinklers. The hotel was just very rundown, and while some of the staff was very nice, the maintenance and housekeeping was horrible. We will never stay there again. I took pictures which I am happy to share if necessary.

I booked three nights at the Clarion Hotel in Tulsa Oklahoma, checked in late at night after 10:00, and after three in the morning I already checked out, the hotel is completely infested with cockroaches, there are tons of them and of different sizes, they crawl everywhere, you can’t protect yourself from them and you can’t cope, I shook out all my things, a full suitcase. so as not to bring them home and returned to the employee and demanded to return all my money, by law this hotel is not suitable for living and they should return all my money, but they refused to return it for the first few hours I spent in the hotel and said that they would return it only after two days! I left there not on my whim, but because it was impossible to be there and I have 17 photos with these terrible insects ...., and how can you have breakfast there, I could not eat for a whole day because of what I saw ....

Spend more money and go somewhere better.
It smelled bad like mold and smoke, stains and hairs on the bedding, holes in wall, broken elevator, very loud music playing, black stuff in the fridge. I explained to the front desk lady we were not conformable staying and wanted a refund. They refused to refund me. We didn't even bring our bags into the room! So I paid $155 just to walk into a dirty room and inspect the beds.

Cockroaches!! Chipped and peeling tub/shower. Dirty carpet. Had to call service 2x for washcloths that housecleaning didn’t leave. Breakfast was next-door restaurant. We were put at back of restaurant where it was dirty a table set up. Was there with very little food and just picture set out for milk and juice which was one picture of Sunny delight. I was on the second floor of this property. The elevator was out, and I had to take the stairs. That was not a problem for me, but it could have been an issue for someone with mobility issues. Also, the hallway on the second floor smelled musty, or like stale cigarette smoke, and the property is non-smoking.

First of all, as we walked into the place, it reeked of smoke, only to be greeted by the front desk telling us that we needed to go somewhere else that they were already double booked. I tried to explain that we had a reservation, but she insisted that our rooms were given to other people. I said that I received a phone call from someone that told me that they had to move me to their last handicapped room. So the woman finally started looking, all the while complaining that the other person that did this should be fixing it. She found my reservation and said, “oh here it is,” like nothing had happened. Finally my son convinced her to search for his. While she was looking another employee told us we should go somewhere else, that we’d be better off. They finally found his room reservation, and told him the they couldn’t guarantee that he wouldn’t be walking in on someone. THEY EXPECTED HIM TO GO CHECK THIS OUT HIMSELF. Finally, one of the employees went and checked. After about 20 minutes we were on our way up to our rooms. One of the employees rode up with us. She told us to check our rooms for roaches, that she herself had to change rooms because of them. My room was flush up against the bar with paper thin walls. The noise and music didn’t stop until well after 2:00, and then the intoxicated people stood loudly in the hallway next to my door talking and smoking. Things were so bad that I ate the cost of my room for two nights and pained for another room at the Hampton!
