My rental car was stolen from the hotel parking lot located underneath the hotel. The staff on duty were helpful, but I never received a call from the hotel manager that I requested.

The hotel is in a convenient location if you need to be in downtown Tulsa but there were several drawbacks for us. The parking situation was limited and very cramped, making it challenging to find a spot. Our room was on one of the the corners of the hotel and we dealt with loud music with pounding bass and heavy traffic noise that lasted until around 1:00 am. Given these issues, especially the loud noise, I would consider staying elsewhere if I need accommodations in downtown Tulsa again.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location a short walk from the BOK center as well as having easy access from the interstate. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was spacious and clean.
