Top Notch Service

My stay turned into one of my best experiences. Kimberly Willams Assistant GM was friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all professional during my late night check in. She made recommendations that streamlined my business dealings the next day. She went above and beyond her duties. I was met with an equally engaging front desk clerk the next morning. Andrew handled my extended stay request with the same amount of professionalism and kindness. Great staff all around. I will be making a few more trips in the future and I will be staying here based on my experience.

Ok stay

Beds were just ok, pillows were nice. There was gum stuck to our wall from a previous guest. Overall it was an ok stay. Parking was not very good and you have to pay for parking. Breakfast was typical hotel. We stay in a lot of hotels and this one was ok. Not perfect but not terrible. It suited its purpose.

I would say excellent but we had a hard time believing the bathroom had been cleaned since the previous guest because there was a hair tie hanging in the shower. It looked clean, but for the maid to miss something like that was disconcerting. Other than that the staff was extra kind and help helpful. Breakfast was great, parking was convenient.

Clean, comfortable. Parking was terrible which we had to pay for. Not enough parking spaces to accommodate a pick up. And snack prices are outrageous. The room and staff were good.
