Great, but they closed the bar early
We loved this place. Very unique building, used to be city hall. I stay in hotels a lot so it's nice to fine places that don't all look and feel like your typical Marriott or Holiday Inn but is still nice and doesn't cost a fortune. My only tiny complaint is they have a really cool bar and they we went and talked to bar tender around 7:30 (they close at 10) we told him striaght up we are going to get dinner and excited to come back here and get some drinks. He said okay. We got back from dinner by 8:50 and the bar was closed. We asked why and they said no one was here so he went home.... If you tell us on arrival the bar is open till ten and we tell them we are coming by and we come back to the bar instead of staying out longer in the city and you close the bar. It's just bad practice. Don't tell people you any times them. What if I check out late and say... Well I didn't feel like leaving yet. Is that an okay excuse to not charge me extra. A business has times for a reason. If the customer has to abide by them you should too.

Very clean, classy, secure and conveniently located in downtown Tulsa. Room were comfy, clean and very quiet. We really liked the room layouts and curtains really keep light and noise out. Will stay again for sure.

Did not even let me in because did not tell us that the required check-in age was 21, I am 18. The place was also a total mess and incredibly noisy. Horrible experience, a waste of $400 and they didn't allow a refund.

Not good - will never stay at an Aloft again
Stained sheets on the beds, broken hairdryer, cracked sink, terrible smell from the drains, no phone in room to call down to the front desk to fix any of these things as we discovered them, so each time we had to walk down to get issues addressed. The room advertised “sleeps 5” but there are only 2 beds, and they don’t have roll aways or fold out sofas, so it was blatantly misrepresented. Very expensive to stay here and extremely poor value. Everything was an extra charge. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff at check in. Not much good to say about this hotel at all, other than the location was ok. Wish we’d chosen one of the other chains with a similar location. I think they would have been much nicer and better value.

I was charged an extra $135.00. $75 for incidentals and $30 for parking? This was an overnight stay. I called on the following Monday to find out the charges. The lady that answered the phone wasn’t able to give me an explanation for the $30. And call back on Wednesday. Poor customer service! Makes me wish I was overdrawn on bank account!

Wonderful place
Wonderful hotel. From the outside, it does appear to be an older building that has been remodeled. That said, they did great. Clean, fresh, great smell, and modern feeling on the inside. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful; we were a bit early for check-in but had our dog with us on a 94 degree day, so she shuffled things to get him in a nice air conditioned room. Speaking of pets, no pet fee! Considering they can go up to 100 bucks, that's so nice! And parking? Gated, private parking just yards from the front door for only 15 bucks! Pool was spotless and they even have a bar and lounge with a pool table.
