The front desk staff Aaron was great. The breakfast lady Dorothea was great. The only complaint I have is the cleaning service. The cleaning staff does not clean rooms or give towels for the next day. Every time I stay at hotel, we have to go to front desk and ask for towels, Toliet paper, soap, ect. We were told cleaning staff only does rooms every couple days unless requested. I always request towels to be put in room, however they never do their jobs. Hard to believe that this is Hilton property. The only reason we stay at hotel are because of the employees mentioned above. I actually saw the front desk employee Aaron cleaning rooms so the rooms could be rented!!!! Covid is over so this hotel needs to start holding cleaning staff management and hotel management accountable!!!

I stayed 6 nights and only had my trash pulled and towels brought to the room one time. When I first checked in I asked about it. I was told that we were supposed to get trash pulled and towels every other day and a full clean on Friday! When the trash didn’t get pulled, I went to the front desk and they did it the next day. That was literally the ONLY time a housekeeper came to my room. We even stopped one in the hall for towels and she said she didn’t have any but she will bring some back. She never did. We basically went to the desk every day to get towels and used our take out bags for our own trash because housekeeping was so poor. I usually love Hampton Inns but this is literally the only one that has poor housekeeping. It was like this last year as well but it was a little better. It wasn’t this bad. The room never got cleaned one time. And when we checked in there was a nasty towel hanging on the shower curtain when I went to take a shower. I didn’t even bother to say anything because we checked in so late and I was exhausted. Overall everything else is ok, except there is only 2 remotes in the entire hotel to switch the tvs to HDMI! That is ridiculous! We should be able to access that from the room remotes! That is a basic function on every remote. It’s very inconveniencing. But it was like that last year as well. Hopefully the property will upgrade things, especially for the prices of the room. Hopefully it will be better next year.
Room was what I expected. Bed was comfy, nice pillows and towels. Showed slight signs of wear on furniture and walls. Bathroom floor was not cleaned well, but it wasn't disgusting by any means. Breakfast was decent. Good coffee, nice enough gym, and large pool. Not many decent dining options nearby. Close to Walmart and Dunkin.
The staff was amazing. Aaron at check-in explained everything so well. Angel and Stacey were also very accommodating. The young lady on Saturday night helped us because there was not enough shampoo and the dispenser and she came all the way up to the room and replaced it for us.
