Not a pleasant stay

Our room had only the bare necessities cleaned (sink, bed linens, towels). Not sure if the tub, carpet, floor, or toilet bowl had been cleaned recently. There was no place to sit outside on the little patio and they would not allow us to use the breakfast room to sit after breakfast hours. The continental breakfast was very minimal - not much offered. Walls, carpeting and stairwell looked dirty. Reading other reviews this has been going on for a couple years and the management has no desire to do anything about it. They obviously aren’t going to put any money into the hotel. It’s too bad because it’s a great location but we will not be staying there again.

While I appreciated the lower cost than the other Green Valley hotels, that apparently comes at the cost of regular maintenance. From dirty carpets to unpatched or poorly patched holes in walls this property is neglected.

The Sad Vacabond.

The staff are exceptional! A refurbishment of the Inn is long overdue, especially the carpet, which appears to have been installed by amateurs, so issues were inevitable.

My wife and I had to cancel the trip a day before we left to go to the hotel, because of an emergency with the family, and the hotel did not would not give us a refund because it was past the deadline! Very disappointed they did not understand this family situation we had come up.

Definitely an older property, and I believe that the owners need to update it for the price of they’re charging. They should have a little more modern fixtures. It appears that the last remodel was 40 years ago honestly

Room had clean sheets, a clean toilet and shower but that is where it ended. The floors hadn’t seemingly been vacuumed . The air conditioning unit has some kind of growth or animal dropping that made the air quality terrible during the stay, very musty. The door patch looked as if it had been busted off. The front desk clerk was friendly
