The room was very nice. The breakfast had a good selection but my niece and I both thought the eggs and the ham tasted a little strange. Both the pool and hot tub were very nice and enjoyed by my niece.

When I checked in the employee behind the counter was in a poor mood. She stated she wasn't feeling well. She did check me in but never informed me or leave me any info on the Wi-Fi or the times for breakfast. I got to my room & it was clean to the first sight. I went into the bathroom & a picture had fallen with broken glass covering the floor. I walked it & informed her that it was laying on the floor & there was broken glass covering the floor. I thought she called to have someone clean it up but no one arrived. On the 3rd night, I woke up at 12:45 AM with the feeling of something crawling on me. I pulled back the sheets & fount bed bugs!!! I grabbed one & brought it up to the front desk. Showed the man working & all he could do for me was make me change rooms. Not very concerned & emotionless about the situation. If it wasn't so late/early I would have left or slept in my car. Upon check-out I mentioned the bedbug situation again& got little to no concern or apology from the staff. I'm very disappointed & disgusted. I shouldn't have had to pay for my stay. I feel they need customer service training.

TV's did not work & room phone's not working could not call fro t deak had to go down there 1times finally asked for different room ! One tv worked other one did not ! Had no iorning board hey brpught one that was practically broken and had rings of paint on it from qhere paint cans were set on it

Great staff but mediocre condition

Love the staff especially Linda from front desk was wonderful. Met our requests and was very kind. Wished the hotel was in better shape/condition. A lot of sheets and curtains had prior stains. Random people hanging around the parking lot. Thin walls but love the layout of living room that separates from the bedroom. Pool not bad.

It was a very awesome experience at first it was rough we arrived toilet clogged but when we addressed this they did not hesitate and upgraded us my family had an amazing experience we definitely will be back and the free breakfast was amazing

The room was ok but the fridge was not working properly and the carpet was dirty. The sink in restroom was dripping water. Overall, it was quite and nice to stay in this hotel but little things need to be fixed and it will be perfect.

We love their free breakfast. The premier room is better than the deluxe in terms of furnishings and cleanliness. The blackout curtains didn't completely close and the morning sun woke us up earlier than desired. The bed is comfortable, as are the pillows.

A good stay at a dated hotel

This is my second time staying at the Ramada and in general I really enjoyed my time there! I love the fact that the rooms are suites with a little living room as you walk in. It's comfortable, homey, and the perfect way to have a mid to long stay in midtown Tucson. If you stay here, go to Crave espresso bar down the street! DELISH. Now on to the things that made it less than ideal. I walked into my room and flipped the switch. Immediately, the light didn't work, so I had to physically turn on the light. Not the end of the world, but when we are talking about hotels we are talking about convenience and creature comforts so I think it's important to mention. A further two switches didn't function, which was frustrating, and the bathroom ceiling bulb flickered in a way reminscent of Hostel. The bedroom was comfortable and allowed in a lot of natural light, and it came with a large standard flat screen television. However, the television could only be turned on with a remote and when I reported it to the front desk, the agent wrote it down and said she'd tell maintenance. It was never rectified. This last thing is just for someone who lives with food restrictions. Most continental breakfasts don't have a fraction of what Viscount Suites provides. They should be applauded for the service and options. But there was cheese in everything, and no non dairy milk option for coffee. Most folks won't care, but it definitely put a damper on my experience.
