The elevator was slow but otherwise good. We had a bunch of guys partying in the room next to ours; after I called the front desk, they were prompt to call that room and tell them to keep it down.

There's no ice maker in the building. Had to use the fridge ice maker, which didn't work. Made a loud buzzing noise every hour or so throughout the day. Also, they ran out of bar soap for washing hands. Had to use the shower soap dispenser.

Housekeeping is not regular. Yet, they still only give you the same amount of towels. Then they make you walk down with the old towels and swap them out. VERY INCONVENIENT! The room did have a full refrigerator, that was the best part!

Comfortable and Clean

The stay was very comfortable. The amenities in the room were unique and welcome. Instead of a universal ice machine, there was a full size fridge with an ice maker. Unfortunately, ours didn’t work so we had to scrounge ice elsewhere. Also, tho there was a stovetop and dish soap furnished, there was no dishes or utensils or cookware. It is possible that those will be furnished at a later time. The hotel had a very new feeling to it and it was well designed. The location was perfect as there was restaurants and interstate close by.
