Needs an update, Casitas need paint, stucco, new carpet, TV, heating/air mini split was unreliable. Staff was great! Attached bar/ restaurant operated by a different company and is very tired, staff great.

This place needs some serious people that want to take care of guests and room housekeeping is none existent . Not once in five days did they come to our room. The hot tub was full of flys60-100 we had to net them out our selves!! Bar is good! Breakfast is soso at best.

Hmmmm.

Most bothersome was the bathroom. Very dated. Not enough counter space for one person not to mention two, making it feel unsanitary. No hooks for towels or wet swimsuits. Commode seat old, flush action not good. However, we loved the pool.

The hotel is priced competitively and is an economic option that is in a clean and pleasant setting. The sunsets looking west are amazing. It is conveniently close but out of town. I enjoyed the Latino style.

We’ll be back!

We ended up staying for 10 nights…crazy…but La Posada was the perfect location to see Tucson and all it has to offer…and our room was wonderful! We love La Posada. But, they could really rack up big time if their restaurant, Gringo’s, next door was half way decent…awful food and service. It would be so convenient on some days to just eat there. Never again. But, there are plenty of good places in the area. Too bad, because Gringo’s is just right there…pathetic. The hotel is the best!

The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the pool and hot tub were nice. The front desk staff did not communicate well (didn’t tell us about breakfast or that we needed to ask for housecleaning.) On the day we requested housecleaning, they didn't come so we had to go get fresh towels, coffee, etc. The pool was way too warm for swimming.

Hotel rooms are a bit small & outdated and the beds are hard.The restaurant staff/bartenders were amazing & the food was good. The female front desk staff on both evening and morning shifts were not the nicest. For the price & experience I wouldn't book here again.

Needed a special service from housekeeping & it was taken care of which I really appreciated. Phone in the room was not working so really glad I hadn't left my phone at home. Fire pit area was down below my room balcony & sound carried. People were having a good time, but 1:30 am was too much. Had to ask them to quiet down so I could get some sleep. They were nice about it, apologized & were quieter which was appreciated. Also noticed that children were noisily running around by the restaurant until 11:30 pm so seems like there is not much control in helping guests to consider others.
