While the hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the free breakfast was descent, the area around the hotel was awful. We felt unsafe going from car to hotel. A lot of unhoused people doing illegal activity.

Comfy with great breakfast!
Rooms were really nice - big and comfortable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning on our floor was broken (but not I the rooms themselves thankfully). Breakfast in the morning was wonderful - probably the best hotel buffet breakfast that I have ever had.

Great property in a questionable area
Great property in a not so great area. Excellent breakfast, rooms very quiet, likely due to concrete structure, not wood trusses between floors! Good condition of rooms, tv has good channel selection, but no guide, which is disappointing. Good size room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Nice walk-in shower too.

The area around this hotel isn’t great, as it felt more industrial. The hotel inside is comparable to any other hotel you’d find in a nicer area. The staff was great. Greeted everyone and genuinely tried to make certain everyone got the support they needed from room changes, extra towels, and dining recommendations.
