Great stay

Overall, the hotel is fantastic. Particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the restaurant. The breakfast is very good. The length of time in line to check in is a bit longer than I'm used to as the system process to check someone in appears time consuming. The bed mattress was good but not excellent in 431, but comfortable. The inside of the door to the bathroom needs to be repainted, but the shower is excellent and the new mirrors you put in the bathrooms are very nice. The workout facility is excellent and open 24 hours per day. Would stay again for sure. The restaurant was truly amazing.

I was very impressed with the staff at the Wyndham Tucson - they went above and beyond to take good care of me. I am particularly impressed by the shuttle service they provided to/from the Tucson Gem Show. Ronald made special trips just for me that saved me a great deal of time and money. I am very grateful.

The staff were all very friendly. The Indian restaurant connected to the hotel has great food! The breakfast in the morning was good. I didnt lije that there was not an outlet close to the bed in my room so I couldn't charge my phone close to me while I slept. And the plumbing might need some work as the toilet did not flush well. Other than those 2 things it was a good stay. I would stay there again.

Overall good but...

My experience was predominantly favorable. The staff were courteous, the location was ideal, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The one and only drawback was the heated water would immediately get cold. I contacted the front desk and was advised that they would notify maintenance, stating that they had "recently repaired the boiler." For the whole length of my stay, I had frigid showers, which was quite unpleasant.

I checked in at 7:30 PM . Front desk made me wait to go check on the room to see if it was ready. In the room, there was only one Bath towel. I asked for another towel for my wife and was given a flimsy white towel with the purchase tag still clipped to it. There was no mat for the shower! There was no soap and toiletries. I had to ask and wait about 30 minutes for them to arrive. The person who brought the towel was not apologetic about it when I complained. His answer was: mistake can happen!! The bathroom issue was a very unpleasant one. : no towel, no mat and no toiletries. Only one hand towel that I used as a mat . In fact seeing the disposition of the staff who brought me the new/unwashed towel I never even bothered to ask for a mat .

The room was clean, but there was not water for the 2days we were there. Apparently their was a water tank/pipe issue. Either way, we did not get warm water till the morning of our checkout, and that is because it was lukewarm. We realized that we needed to rush to bath before the warm water ran out, by the time we went to the front desk, others were already complaining. We are still waiting for them to comp our stay. A major inconvenience and a major requirement to maintenance the water tank on a routine basis.

The room was nice with a patio door to go outside by the pool. The Indian restaurant was delicious, breakfast was delicious, the young lady that worked at night who checked us in was amazing and very helpful, housekeeping was great too, but the girl that worked Saturday in the morning was rude and wasn't helpful at all. If I had time I would've spoken to the manager about her. Any questions I asked felt like I was bothering her and she even rolled her eyes and huffed at me like I was asking to many questions. I am a high end buyer for a jewelry store in Scottsdale AZ and it was my first time in Tucson for the Gem show and although I will return next year, I honestly hope she isn't working there when I return. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

This was the worst hotel I had ever stay in. After traveling the whole day and arriving to the hotel in the evening, we had to change our room twice. At the first room the curtain box fell right on the desk where my child was sitting. The next room smelled and the door was completely broken. When we settled in our third room, only one outlet was working, but I had no more energy to call the front desk. The hotel itself is old, dirty and there are so many rooms that no one cares about the inside of the hotel. The pool has no towels, ( the attend forget to even bring the towels after we asked her for it)breakfast was disgusting. Unfortunately I had to stay in the hotel for 4 days and in those 4 days my room was not cleaned. In the evening when we got back, I had to call and ask for at least clean towels. I couldn’t believe how bad one hotel can be. I never write reviews but this was just awful.
