A past guest's dirty clothes were found in the room, hair was found throughout the bathroom. Overall I didn't feel like the room was clean. Cookies were good though.

need wi-fi at your hotel? It’s not here.

This hotel was all right. Good enough, not excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The bed was a step up from the basic innerspring mattress, just not the thick comfy hotel bed I am used to. Breakfast was standard. Room and facility was very clean. The one thing that kept this hotel from being excellent? The terrible wi-fi. It was so, so slow, and at all times of day. Even the TV kept stuttering. What’s up with that? All the other hotels I stayed at during my trip (4 including Comfort Inn) had strong wi-fi. Even my cellular signal of 2-3 bars was faster than the wi-fi. If you’re counting on getting good wi-fi for all your business or leisure needs, somewhere else would be a better choice. Comfort Inn Tucson, either your technology team or your tech budget, or both, aren’t serving you well.

The breakfast was delicious. Kathy, the lovely lady at the breakfast service, was wonderful. Pool was nice, and the location is great. Fantastic landscaping. Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of selections and was very good. The only place to improve was the workout room was very small with limited weights.

The staff at check in was excellent. The property had a pool a nice outdoor area. The room had some issues with a large stain on the carpet and a chair and luggage stand that was in poor condition. No plugs to charge electronics. Lamp shade that was worn. Definitely not a VIP room.

Nice hotel

Very nice place its quiet and clean. We upgraded to a suite which was very spacious. One thing we couldn't figure out was the tv in the bedroom didn't have the same channels as the living area did. Pool is very small.
