Cold room

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok. Bed was super comfortable. The AC in the room was impossible to change. When I reported this, the desk clerk was very condescending and used a tone that was very unprofessional. I am quite tech savvy, and I think I can select a temperature on 99.9% of hotel units. If this one is so complicated that “this man” (which is what I was called) can’t operate it, then it should be changed…or better yet, provide directions. So our AC cooled to 66-degrees for 24/7.

Clean and comfy stay

The room was clean and in excellent condition. I would have liked an extra waste basket as there was a small one in the bathroom but that was it.. It did have a recycle basket (i appreciate that). Weekend breakfast ends at 9:00 instead of 10:00 like it does at most Comfort Inns, so that was disappointing. But overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Good Location

The location is good - (The train is an issue) - the room and bed are good and "clean enough" (could be cleaner-the touch surfaces of ALL places where hands touch could better-the stairwell too!) Everyone was great-Helpful! Overall "NOT BAD!" GOOD!

Not the 4 Seasons, but definitely a great value.

Clean room, clean halls and elevator. Free breakfast is good - fruit, waffles, etc. Friendly staff. No complaints.

poor internet and breakfast

my stay was three days, frist day internet was ok, day two breakfast eggs were chalky sausage was a little slimy on one side ,coffee and I like coffee was bad. later that night, internet spotty. day three breakfast the same, internet not working ,told front desk , they refereed me to supplier, one hour on the phone with them , back to spotty
