Hotel is very worn. Tons of peeling partsof ceiling and walls in my room, furniture scuffed up, and the A/C is super old there is no temperature just hot and cold. The breakfast is the same everyday and not as good as other Comfort Inns.The staff is amazing though and extremely helpful.

Good hotel

Hotel was clean, and the room was spacious. Breakfast was ok. Close to downtown Tucson, and the shopping areas on Broadway.

There was no problem with the room . The location on the other hand was horrible!! I did not realize it was so close to airport so early am I could hear planes taking off…also large trash bins were picked up early which also caused lots of early am ruckus

Mediocre hotel

Hotel was okay. I expected more from it from other reviews and the price paid. The staff was friendly and it was quiet enough for a good night’s rest. However, it was not the cleanest. The bedskirt was dirty and the arm chair had stains. There was maybe a cigarette burn hole in the top sheet. The bathroom seemed clean and the shower was good. The breakfast was okay. I’d try somewhere else next time.

Things went downhill after check in

Check in was great, but things went downhill from there. Toilet didn't work properly, room was dark even with all the lights on, elevator was small making it hard to maneuver the one luggage cart the hotel seemed to own. Will look somewhere else when next in Tucson.

The staff, for the most part, were attentive and courteous. Rooms were clean, though could use more "suite" options. The area was isolated, nothing to really walk to nearby, except the Waffle House (Looked run-downed). Breakfast was good except for the eggs, didn't sit well with me. Ran out of Pancake Syrup the day we left.
